We offer FREE delivery on all orders
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if the order is received before 11:00 am.
For Nicosia area, we aim to deliver on the same day if the the order is received before 12:00 pm.
For all other areas in Cyprus, we aim to deliver within 2 working days.
Prices
Prices displayed on our e-shop include VAT, recycling fees and shipping.
Damages
Dinos Kridiotis + Son Ltd is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages during shipping when a courier company is used. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@kridiotis.com.cy.
Cancellation and returns policy
You can cancel you order at any time before your order is dispatched and receive a full refund.
If you change your mind after the dispatch of your order, you can return the product(s) unused and in their original packaging within 15 working days from the day of receiving you order. No questions asked. You will be refunded after the receipt the product(s) by us and confirming their perfect condition. Dinos Kridiotis + Son Ltd will not be liable for any lost or damaged products in transit back to us.
Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot accept any returns.
To return any product you must inform Dinos Kridiotis + Son Ltd via email at info@kridiotis.com.cy including the following information:
- Customer name
- Customer address
- Telephone number
- Order number
